Vicky Malik
Vicky Malik founded RR Interior Studio with a clear, singular objective: to bring absolute structural integrity and luxury craftsmanship to residential window drapes and motorized blinds in Gurgaon. With a deep background in material logistics and custom automation systems, Vicky has overseen the technical calibration and master-crafting of over a thousand premium projects.
His meticulous attention to spatial mechanics ensures that every customized drape, double-height heading, and silent motor system is installed with sub-millimeter precision. Vicky handles the technical architectural consultations, engineering design structures, and complete turnkey executions, working closely with luxury residential clients to ensure an uncompromising finish.

Kamini Malik
As the Co-Founder and Chief Curator of the studio, Kamini Malik orchestrates the visual and tactile soul of RR Interior Studio. Driven by an innate understanding of modern Indian aesthetics and global trends, Kamini curates the studio’s exclusive textile catalogs, selecting the finest pure linens, velvets, wool blends, and advanced sun-filtering fabrics.
Kamini’s design philosophy bridges architectural discipline with soft, cozy warmth. She works hand-in-hand with clients on fabric selection, custom color coordination, and custom upholstery trims, transforming ordinary living rooms, master suites, and commercial spaces into cohesive, light-optimized sanctuaries.

A Bond Forged by Blood
A profound mother-son bond developed between 51-year-old Rupinder Kaur and Vikas Malik after he donated blood to save her grand-nephew in 2022. Today, he cares for her like his own mother.
12,000 Donors, 8,300 Lives
Inspired by a 2016 road accident, Vikki Malik created a blood donation network of 12,000 members that has saved over 8,300 lives. He also plants 1,000 saplings annually and runs a free library.

Quitting Corporate for Enterprise
Vikki and Kamini Malik left their corporate jobs to establish a successful interior design business in Gurugram, which now provides employment to over 40 individuals while actively supporting social causes.
Environmental Protection
A youth team in Nidana village conducted a plantation drive, distributing 1,750 saplings to raise environmental awareness, with an active goal to plant over 1,000 trees annually.
